We at StepWithStyle strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy for unworn and new items. Here are the details:
1. Eligibility for Refund:
• To qualify for a refund, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Refunds are only applicable within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Please note that clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. Refund Process:
• To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day window from the date of purchase.
• Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
• Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address.
• Ship the item back to us in its original packaging.
• Once your order has been received, inspected and approved, your refund is issued instantly.
3. Refund Issuance:
• Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
• Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:
• Items marked as final sale.
• Clearance items.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
5. Exchanges:
• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
• On the rare occasion that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, as per your preference.
7. Additional Notes:
• Refunds are processed based on the original form of payment.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• StepWithStyle reserves the right to refuse refunds if the returned items do not meet our return policy criteria.
